Your data, plainly
The short version: we collect only what you submit, we use it only to answer you, we run no ad trackers, and you can have it deleted with one email.
Who we are
ClearForm is a marketing & AI consultancy based in Sweden, working worldwide. For anything privacy-related, contact info@clearform.se.
What we collect
Only what you choose to submit: quiz answers (what you need, your bottleneck, your industry), an optional email address, and — for referral partners — company and contact details. We also store basic submission context (page and referrer) to understand where enquiries come from. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Local storage on your device is used solely for functional preferences, like remembering that you dismissed a popup.
Why we collect it
To do the one thing you asked for: diagnose your business and come back with findings, or register your company in our referral network. Legal basis under GDPR: your consent (you submitted the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. No newsletters unless you explicitly ask for one. No selling or renting of data, ever.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) and transactional email is sent via Resend. Our site is hosted on Vercel. Each processor only receives the data needed for its role.
How long we keep it
Leads and partner registrations are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Want out sooner? One email and it’s gone.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with IMY (the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection). Email info@clearform.se and we’ll handle it within 30 days — usually much faster.
